Menu for Week of 5/12

Soups $4 cup, $6 bowl:
Root vegetable Bisque
Chicken & Andouille Gumbo

Salads $6 entree, $4 side, $4 add protein:
Southern Caesar with Bacon
Strawberry Salad - strawberries, praline pecans, & goat cheese w/lemon vinaigrette and mixed greens

Sandwiches $6:
Hot - Patty Melt - burger, 2 cheeses, pickled onion on a pretzel roll
Cold - Turkey w/Smoked Gouda and Cranberry Mayo
Waldorf Chicken Salad
Pastrami w/Swiss & Whole Grain Mustard

Combo Meal $8: Whole sandwich, chips, and drink

Entree and one side $10, entree and two sides $12
Chicken w/Grand Marnier Mornay Sauce (Swiss cheese sauce)
Mediterranean Tilapia - baked w/tomato, black olive, onion, and feta

(Available to take home, just order ahead. Complete with heating instructions. Available in 2,4, or 8 servings.)

Ratatouille - zucchini, peppers, & eggplant in an herbed tomato sauce
