Soups $4 cup, $6 bowl:
Potage St. Germain - Fresh pea soup with leeks and white wine
Veloute Dame Blanc - Chicken soup w/leeks and cream

Salads $6 entree, $4 side, $4 add protein:
Southern Caesar with Bacon
Dates, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto w/Mixed Greens
Salad Nicoise - White tuna, black olives, baby green beans, blue cheese w/ mixed greens

Sandwiches $6:
The Torch - Brie and Date Preserves
Patty Melt w/Swiss, Cheddar, and Pickled Onions on Pretzel Bread
Cold - Turkey w/Smoked Gouda and Cranberry Mayo
Waldorf Chicken Salad
Smoked Beef w/Guiness Jelly, Pickled Onions & Horseradish Cream

Combo Meal $8: Whole sandwich, chips, and drink

Entree and one side $10, entree and two sides $12
Roast Chicken Maque Choux - Sauce of bell pepper, corn, tomato, & cream
Dijon Cheddar Glazed Tilapia

(Available to take home, just order ahead. Complete with heating instructions. Available in 2,4, or 8 servings.)
