the BiSTRO menu for the week of 3/11

Soups $4 cup, $6 bowl, $8 sourdough bread bowl:

Salads $6 entree, $4 side, $4 add protein:
Salad LaGrange - Beets, Goat Cheese, Mixed Greens with a vinaigrette
Pear, Feta, Almond - on mixed greens w/lemon vinaigrette

Sandwiches $6:
Hot - Reuben Sliders
Cold - Waldorf Chicken Salad - Apples, raisins, walnuts
Turkey, Smoked Gouda, and Cranberry Mayo
Smoked Beef w/Horseradish Cream

Entree and one side $10, entree and two sides $12
Chicken Saltimboca - Prosciutto, spinach, and Parmesan
Irish Beef Stew w/Guiness
(Available to take home, just order ahead. Complete with heating instructions. Available in 2,4, or 8 servings.)
