Aloha Salad - Grilled Pineapple, Goat Cheese, & Macadamia Nuts over Mixed Greens w/Citrus Vinaigrette

Hot - Patty Melt - Burger w/2 cheeses, pickled onions on a pretzel roll
Cold - Turkey w/Smoked Gouda and Cranberry Mayo
Waldorf Chicken Salad
Smoked Beef w/Guinness Jelly, Pickled Onions & Horseradish Cream
